Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Affordable Infrastructure and Housing Projects Private Limited (“AIHP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit aihp.in or submit an enquiry about our managed office spaces in Gurgaon. It applies to this website only. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you submit directly through our enquiry and contact forms — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details relevant to your requirement (such as team size, budget, and preferred locations or buildings). We do not require an account or login to use this site, and we do not knowingly collect any information beyond what you submit through these forms or what is described in the Cookies section below.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following cookies and tracking technologies. Each is categorised as Necessary (required for the site or your enquiry to function), Analytics (used only if you consent, to help us understand site usage), or Marketing (used only if you consent, for advertising measurement and remarketing):

  1. Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 (Analytics): Used to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources). Loads only after you accept the Analytics category in our cookie banner, or by default outside regions where opt-in consent is required.
  2. Microsoft Clarity (Analytics): Records anonymised session activity — such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation — to help us identify usability issues. Loads only after Analytics consent.
  3. Google Ads (Marketing): Used for conversion measurement and remarketing. Fires only if you accept the Marketing category.
  4. Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Marketing): Used for conversion measurement and remarketing on Meta platforms. Configured to fire only if you accept the Marketing category.
  5. LinkedIn Insight Tag (Marketing): Used for conversion measurement and audience building on LinkedIn. Configured to fire only if you accept the Marketing category.
  6. HubSpot form cookie (Necessary): When you submit an enquiry form, HubSpot (our forms and CRM provider) sets a cookie (hubspotutk) needed to process that submission. This cookie is treated as necessary because it supports the specific transaction you initiate by submitting a form — see “How We Use Your Information” below for how HubSpot separately uses this data for its own attribution purposes.

Where you submit contact details through a form, your name, email, and phone number may be hashed (converted to a non-reversible code) in your browser before being used for Google Ads enhanced conversion measurement — your raw contact details are never sent to Google in this process.

You can manage your cookie choices at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control available on this site, or through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess your requirement, and provide information about available workspaces. Where you have consented to Analytics cookies, we also use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve this website. HubSpot, as our CRM and forms provider, additionally uses your submitted contact details for its own attribution and marketing-analytics purposes as part of the service it provides us — this is separate from the “Necessary” classification of its cookie above, which refers only to the cookie enabling your form to function. We do not use your information for any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Legal Basis & Consent

This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, which are currently the operative legal framework for this notice. We have also drafted this policy to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — whose substantive notice and consent requirements become a compliance deadline on 13 May 2027 — ahead of that date. Necessary processing (such as responding to a form you submit) relies on your having initiated that specific request; Analytics and Marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via Cookie Preferences without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate this site, process enquiries, and (only where you have consented to Marketing cookies) measure advertising performance — currently: HubSpot (forms and CRM), Google (analytics and advertising), Microsoft (session analytics), Meta (advertising), LinkedIn (advertising), and Cloudflare (hosting and security) — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing terms. Because these providers operate infrastructure outside India, your information may be processed or stored on servers located abroad.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business relationship with you, or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact the Grievance Officer below.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for Analytics or Marketing cookies at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance about how your information has been handled, contact our Grievance Officer below. We aim to acknowledge and resolve requests promptly.

Security

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures, consistent with the IT Rules, 2011, to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Children's Data

This site is intended for businesses seeking office space and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
