Which AIHP offices are near Rajiv Chowk?

The Sector 32 buildings. AIHP Skyline is about 16 minutes from the junction by car and AIHP Imperial about 17, which are the two shortest measured readings in the portfolio.

Times are from Google Maps in weekday daytime traffic; allow more at peak hours. AIHP Atrium is in the same Sector 32 cluster as AIHP Skyline and has no separate reading, so no time is given for it. Each of these is a private managed office for 20 seats or more, fitted and furnished by AIHP. The rest of Sector 32 sits in the same band.

Why base an office near Rajiv Chowk, and what is it not?

Start with the confusion, because it costs people searches. Rajiv Chowk in this context is the NH-48 junction in Gurugram, where the highway meets Sohna Road and the old Delhi-Jaipur road. It is not Rajiv Chowk in central Delhi, which is a Blue and Yellow Line interchange about 30 km north. Google Maps resolves the Gurugram one as Rajeev Chowk.

The junction matters because it is the southern gate of the city. Sohna Road, Sector 32 and the Sohna Elevated Road all feed into it, and NH-48 runs north from it to IFFCO Chowk, Udyog Vihar and the airport. An office on that side of Gurgaon puts a large residential catchment inside a reasonable drive.

Here is the honest part. Sector 32 is close to Rajiv Chowk in distance and not especially close in time. AIHP Skyline is 3.7 km from the junction and the drive still takes about 16 minutes, because the junction and its approach roads eat the difference. Udyog Vihar, 11 to 12 km away, is about half an hour. If a short commute from Rajiv Chowk is the actual requirement, Sector 32 is the answer, but do not expect the distance on the map to be the time in the car. That is why this page is really about the Sector 32 cluster rather than anything further north.

What does an office near Rajiv Chowk cost?

Between ₹6,500 and ₹12,500 per seat a month in Sector 32, before GST, as of August 2026. The SCO buildings sit at the bottom of that range and AIHP Imperial at the top, with AIHP Atrium and AIHP Skyline in between. On Golf Course Extension Road, AIHP Central is ₹9,999. Floor sizes in Sector 32 run from a 40-seat ground floor at SCO-31 up to 620 seats at SCO-34, so the corridor suits a small team and a large one equally. The per-seat fee covers the fitted and furnished office, internet, electricity and DG backup, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, security and the front desk. AIHP pays for the fit-out, move-in is about 60 days after signing, and the minimum is 20 seats. Every building's rate is in the Gurgaon price comparison.

What happens after you enquire?

Six steps, and the first two cost you nothing. This is the order they happen in.

  1. A shortlist

Tell the leasing team your headcount, budget and where your people live. They come back with the buildings that have a floor free for you.

  2. A site visit

Walk the floors on the shortlist. Bring whoever signs off on the layout, because the next step goes faster once they have seen the space.

  3. A proposal and a test-fit

You get the commercial terms along with a seating plan drawn from your actual org chart, so the seat count doesn't move later.

  4. Agreement

You sign the agreement. AIHP pays for the whole fit-out, so there is no capital bill to get approved.

  5. The build

Partitions, air conditioning and power go in first, then cabling and internet, then furniture in your branding.

  6. Move-in

Your team tests everything on a pilot day and AIHP fixes what they find. Desks are ready about 60 days after the design is signed off.

  3. AIHP Skyline is 3.7 km from the junction and AIHP Imperial 4.0 km. Both take about 16 to 17 minutes by car in weekday daytime traffic, because the junction and its approaches are slow even over a short distance.
