Our Story
We exist to give growing companies a workspace they can move into in 60 days and never have to manage.
When AIHP was founded in 2011, Gurgaon's office market was booming but fragmented. Companies faced months of searching, fit-outs that ran over budget, and a different vendor for every problem. AIHP started with a different idea: one partner who designs, builds, and runs the workspace, so occupiers can focus entirely on their business.
That idea grew from a single building in Udyog Vihar into a portfolio spanning Gurgaon's prime business corridors. The model stayed the same at every step: premium spaces, delivered fast, managed end to end, with no hidden costs.
Every AIHP building comes with a Dedicated Building Manager, an on-site operations expert who ensures your space runs flawlessly, day in and day out, so you never have to manage a vendor call again.
