Is a managed office right for a consulting firm?
It is, because a consulting firm's office problem is not square footage. It is having somewhere you are happy to bring a client on two days' notice, without running a facilities function to keep it that way.
A managed office gives you a private, branded floor that AIHP fits out and then runs: reception, housekeeping, security, power, internet, all inside one monthly per-seat fee. For a partner-led firm that bills its people out by the hour, the time not spent on vendors is worth as much as the capital not spent on interiors.
Where it does not fit: a two-partner practice, since the minimum is 20 seats, and a firm whose people are on client site four days a week and genuinely need nothing more than a registered address and a meeting room. Both are better off elsewhere. NRS Consulting works out of AIHP Skyline in Sector 32 and ProcDNA out of AIHP Cyber Greens 2 in Udyog Vihar, both named on those buildings' pages.
