Times are from Google Maps in weekday daytime traffic; allow more at peak hours. AIHP Atrium sits alongside AIHP Skyline in Sector 32 and has no separate reading, so it is listed here without a time. All 10+ Sector 32 buildings are private managed offices for 20 seats or more, fitted and furnished by AIHP, with move-in about 60 days after signing. See the full cluster at Sector 32.

Why base an office near HUDA City Centre metro?

Because it is the end of the Yellow Line, so most of the Delhi commute happens before anyone gets to Gurgaon.

The station was officially renamed Millennium City Centre Gurugram, though nearly everyone still says HUDA City Centre and most of the search traffic still uses the old name. From here the line runs north through IFFCO Chowk and MG Road to Sikanderpur, where it meets the Rapid Metro, and on to Rajiv Chowk in central Delhi. For a team drawn from South Delhi and Old Gurgaon that is the single best public-transport position in the city.

One caution, and it corrects what this page used to claim. No AIHP building is a walk from the station. The nearest measured reading is 14 to 15 minutes by car from AIHP Skyline and about 15 from AIHP Imperial, so a daily metro commuter has a last leg to plan. AIHP Atrium and AIHP Skyline both list a metro shuttle, which covers that last leg.

If most people arrive on the Yellow Line, a shuttle-served building can beat a cheaper one across town. The leasing team will weigh it before you visit.

What does an office near HUDA City Centre metro cost?

Between ₹6,500 and ₹12,500 per seat a month in Sector 32, before GST, as of August 2026. The SCO buildings are the ₹6,500 end and AIHP Imperial in the institutional area is the top, with AIHP Skyline and AIHP Atrium in between. On MG Road, MGF Megacity is ₹9,500. The table below has each building's current rate and vacant floors.

Floor sizes in Sector 32 run from a 40-seat ground floor at SCO-31 to 620 seats at SCO-34, with 103 and 203 seats at SCO-29, 120 at AIHP Skyline, 200 and 275 at AIHP Atrium and 300 at AIHP Imperial, so the corridor covers most requirements without a second address.

Every rate includes the fitted office, internet, electricity and DG backup, air conditioning, housekeeping and security. There is no fit-out cost and the minimum is 20 seats. If you are weighing this corridor against the other big one, read Udyog Vihar vs Sector 32.

What happens after you enquire?

Six steps, and the first two cost you nothing. This is the order they happen in.

  1. A shortlist

Tell the leasing team your headcount, budget and where your people live. They come back with the buildings that have a floor free for you.

  2. A site visit

Walk the floors on the shortlist. Bring whoever signs off on the layout, because the next step goes faster once they have seen the space.

  3. A proposal and a test-fit

You get the commercial terms along with a seating plan drawn from your actual org chart, so the seat count doesn't move later.

  4. Agreement

You sign the agreement. AIHP pays for the whole fit-out, so there is no capital bill to get approved.

  5. The build

Partitions, air conditioning and power go in first, then cabling and internet, then furniture in your branding.

  6. Move-in

Your team tests everything on a pilot day and AIHP fixes what they find. Desks are ready about 60 days after the design is signed off.
