Sector 32 trades a little airport time (~20 minutes) for a much stronger metro story: HUDA City Centre on the Yellow Line is about a 10-minute drive, so teams commuting from Delhi, Dwarka and along the metro corridor can get in without a car. It is also the closest established office district to Medanta — The Medicity, which is why healthcare, pharmaceutical and medtech companies cluster there.
