Is a managed office right for a BFSI team?
It is, provided your control requirements are about the floor rather than about the landlord. Every AIHP office is private and lockable and used by one company, so a BFSI team is not sharing a corridor, a printer or a meeting-room booking system with anyone else. AIHP doesn't run coworking floors or hot desks.
What AIHP does not do is sign off your compliance. It publishes what is in each building and it builds the floor you specify; it does not certify your controls against a regulator's checklist, and nothing on this page should be read as doing so. That distinction matters more in BFSI than in most sectors, and the practical consequence is simple: put your auditor's list on the table before the layout is signed off, because controlled access, cabling and room separation are cheap to design in and expensive to retrofit.
Anand Rathi and Axis Finance are among the companies that work out of AIHP buildings.
