The short answer
AIHP has no buildings inside DLF Cyber City. This page is not going to dance around that.
What we do have is Udyog Vihar, ten to fifteen minutes away on the same NH-48. Ten buildings, per-seat rates published from ₹6,500 to about ₹15,000, teams from 20 seats to 500-plus, handed over fitted in about 60 days with no capital going in. IGI is roughly fifteen minutes.
If Cyber City is on your list because that is where your people commute and your clients sit, Udyog Vihar keeps you in the same orbit. If it is on your list because it has to say Cyber City, we are the wrong call, and you should hear that from us now rather than after three site visits.
What you give up, and what you get back
You give up the address. Cyber City is Cyber City, and nothing in Udyog Vihar carries that signal on a business card. Worth being honest about.
What changes in exchange is the operating model. An AIHP office in Udyog Vihar arrives managed: fitted, furnished, maintained and powered, on one monthly per-seat invoice, with a Building Manager on site. No fit-out project to run, no facilities contract to tender, no capital of yours sitting inside somebody else's building. A conventional Cyber City lease is a different animal, where the shell is bare and the fit-out, the timeline and the FM are all yours.
Which means the choice is really between a managed office ten minutes out and a lease you build yourself.
Who this suits
This works if your team already commutes into that corner of Gurgaon, or if you want the Cyber City talent pool and vendor ecosystem next door without signing up for a fit-out, or if you would rather put the difference into headcount.
It does not work if the address is the point. Some businesses genuinely need Cyber City on the letterhead. We are not that.
Look closer
Made up your mind? Go straight to the buildings.
Ready to move?
Still weighing it up?
Both corridors in one morning is a normal ask. Tell our leasing team your headcount and your move-in date, and they will show you the buildings worth seeing in each, then tell you which one they would pick.
